Help about reseller hosting
Hello dear,
Recently I took a whm reseller hosting from **********. They offered that they will give adword and facebook coupon code with every hosting packages. I got that there has no problem. But Now i want to offer my clients free adword and facebook coupon code so that i can get more clients. But when i opened a support ticket at dreamy host about getting adword coupon code they replied me, "Sorry Sir we can not offer adword coupon code for your clients. This offer is only valid for our new clients only. And i am afraid that i can not tell you how to contact google to manage adword coupon code."
Now the problem is i already promised my clients that i will give them free adword coupon code and now i am unable to give the code to my clients. I failed in a great problem.
Now dear friends will you help me to know how dreamy host offer their clients adword and facebook coupon code? Please help me fast.
Thanks..

Generally they pay for it in the hope they will make more money from you.
Why not get your clients to sign up to dream host direct and that way they get the adword voucher, also im sure that dream host will have some sort or referral /affiliate program.
Thanks
Andrew

You are their client and they have met their obligation to you to provide you with the voucher
The issue is how you are going to source the vouchers
This is something you really should have discussed or enquired about prior to signing up with them
You will have no choice but to withdraw the offer to clients until you can source the vouchers

Not a good suggestion. Think if a webhoster points his customers to signup with a new company then how will he do his own business?
Will you refer your own customers to anyone else?
OP@ You must contact google directly to ask how to manage coupons?

Given that he has promised it to them, he will ultimately have to pay for the vouchers from google, to fulfil his promise i cannot see any otherway.
and I wouldnt refer to anyone else, but i wouldnt promise such things that I cannot deliver.

Unfortunately this is a lesson that many, many hosts (and former hosts) have not yet learned:
Never sell what you don't have
Whether it's mass overselling, free ad credits, or something else entirely, don't begin selling it until you have it in your hands -- or at least have a contract in place to cover your needs. OP, the best course of action will be for you to refund your customers, apologize profusely, and learn from your mistake. Contact Google and Facebook about getting advertising credits -- but know that they aren't free. If you want to offer $100 free ad credits to 25 users, that will cost $2500 (possibly slightly less if they're offering a promotion).
It's an expensive lesson, but one that will serve you well. Good luck!

Lesson learned it is really important to read and understand your purchase agreements and ask lots of questions.
Re seller plans are designed for you to resell products not a benefit that you received for signing up.

It seems that you bought you web hosting because of the discount coupon code. That is not correct at all. Read some reviews about the company before you buy account.
