HOSTV/Cirtex unresponsive since owner moved onto his new startup?
I have been a customer of HostV and Cirtex for a few years now and have noticed the support level go down many folds. They are radio silent on Twitter, emails take 12 hours to respond or more.
It seems the staff has gotten a little lazy since their founder John Xie started focusing on his file sharing startup Minus.
Their support was amazing, but now its just getting annoying...thoughts?

Michelle,
My service is down, all of my accounts deleted - this is the fourth time this has happened and its been around the same time every year!
I have had no response to my ticket that was emailed. My account seems to mysteriously not work on your billing/support site.s
What is going on!?

Email sent, please confirm when you receive. I just logged into the support center - all the files and websites are removed.
Do you know why this consistently happens every year around the same time?
