    Location? Virtualization technology?

You might have to raise your budget...

Ok. Cool. Do you have a couple of companies in mind? Also, did you want the ease of a control panel like cPanel?

No control pannel just a standalone vps no addons and currently have some companies in mind swvps.com and ionvm.com but would like to know any other companies which could offer a better deal.

I don't honestly think you'll find many reputable hosts who'll be able to offer you so much for so little. You'll either need to increase your budget or settle for something smaller.

I was looking at a few of the specialist budget UK providers and none would be suitable to your budget.

The budget could be slightly flexible however ideally I would like to stick to around $30 USD

    Have a look through lowendbox.com

Great resource in my opinion. The offers posted will be for the extreme low end but you'll find many quality providers through it.

The two VPS providers I stated earlier (swvps.com and ionvm.com) would you say they were reperatable

The budget might have to be raised a bit to get those requirements. But you could always ask a host if they could fit your needs and budget.

http://123Systems.net has close to that package. I am not recommending them as I have never used them.

I don't see any issue with this budget, you should be able to get a basic Linux VPS, and you don't want managed service? The better providers will often have this as part of their "deal", so look around in the "VPS Hosting Offers", I'm sure you will find what your needing!
