    anyone delt with dewlance hosting?

    Im not sure how any one else experiance with dewlance*com or but i ordered a server from them 5 days ago and and their website says setup time is max 11 hours, and behold i get a vps 3 days later with a ip that is timed out and their support is horrible, takes them days to reply and they tell me to "please hold" in the ticket and still nothing from their end.


    Anyone delt with this rip off company?

    Never heard of them but there website took forever to load for me. What do you mean by the IP times out, via ping?

    Dewlance resell all there services from thrustvps.com . You should open a dispute at paypal and or credit card chargeback. If you look on this forum you will notice how incompetent he is.

    Bah i think calling them incompetent is a compliment to them...im getting no where with them, they send me another welcome email with the same IP telling me they already set up my vps and the ip still does not resolve via ping, trace route, or RDP lol...i give up with them, they can keep the $10 it will buy them toilet paper to wipe their ass with. Thanks for the reponse though guys

    Exclamation Bad Experience

    I did, and found that their setup was not instant, nor do they respond to support tickets in 20minutes, as they boldly claim on their web site. I have now been given a refund, but only after opening a dispute with then through Paypal!

    Bullsh!t. It isn't automatic as you have to order it from thrustvps and then manually set it up.

    Kuunu open a ticket at thrustvps stating the op's issues and they will fix it.

    First of all no one here is forcing you to use this language and on a public forum.

    As a professional company there are certain expectations that should be met and you have met non of them.

    Your clearly have a disregard for your business's reputation and a large amount of knowledge missing judging from your replies and threads. You do not know simple things about customer privacy laws or how to maintain a professional image.

    Your doing a pretty good job of that yourself at the present time. Frankly I would not touch your business with a barge pole, you have an un-professional attitude towards the public, customers and your server providers. If you continue this you will be destroying your own business and at the present time you are doing it at an alarming rate.
