VPS from virpus - 1 day review
that's Nice to find virpus
I have a lot of VPS's
from Hostgator , 123systems , prima2host and some other hosting companies
and finally I have VPS from virpus
i'm satisfied of my experience with virpus for the first day !
Cpanel/whm License have been updated in few hours without any support tickets.
in the other hand vps on 123systems haven't been updated the license after 8 days + 4 tickets .. and till the moment.
about virpus on the first day
the server speed is awesome
the price is so cheap
connection speed is fast
maybe this is the first day but I'm satisfied my new vps

1 day is not enough for a review.
Try submitting a request for a PTR. You'll be waiting weeks for a reply. Not a good thing in my book.

yeah, 1 day is not enough. My vps orders in the pass have been instant setups. You don't usually find out till later.
I see you are on the same issue as I am with 123Systems

virpus , zero service. ticket was thrown to respond in 3 days. No solutions to problems. I have this problem deactivate unused vps. ödemeyorlar my money back.

they have good price,just they dont respond for tickets quikly.

I think the moral is; you get what you pay for.
I've seen a lot of mixed reviews regarding Virpus, IMO, some people simply expect too much from them.
I've personally used them for a development box, support is reasonable considering the price with tickets usually answered within the same day - It's an unmanaged service for $3 per month, so I can't see a reason to complain.
Better support comes at a premium.

That's is the best answer for me.
but sometimes I pay more to expect more
as the case of 123systems !! the supporters closed the tickets without leave a replay !!! Then I open another ticket just to update my Cpanel/WHM License and The DirectAdmin License !!
for the 2 VPS !!
2 weeks passed !! and Finally I cancelled The 2 VPS yesterday
