Deasoft Bad to no service

<<Removed>> I definitely believe that people not only need to know of the good reviews but also the bad, and I hate to say this but this is a BAD review.

While the Deasoft servers a not bad regards the speed there is little to no service. I do absolutely have personal experience with this, on a number of occasions.
As I am writing this my website is down due to changed server settings, and has been down for approx 7 hours with no response to an urgent ticket submitted, even using their sms service as they do not provide any phone support. This exact same problem happened before and I had to wait 2 days for a response (just for a response), all the time my site was down. The issue is a simple one, server settings were at 32mb for phpmem. A higher mem is needed for my site as per discussed and agreed when I first signed up.
I do accept that it can take time for a response I do not believe 2 days or even 7+ hours is acceptable. I have exhausted all propper channels via the Deasoft website and would hate for others to have to go through the same as me.

Reasonable prices, but terrible service, not a service for people to have to accept for a serious website.

This was simply a mistake. Your sms was received and we corrected another clients issue under the belief it was your issue, from the sms. Your second sms alerted us to the fact that your issue was a different issue. So we apologise for this and hope everything is resolved now.

While the site is now back up I fail to see how this could have been confusing.
A response in a more timely manner would have cleared this up, and if you were to follow through and visit the site you would have seen it was still down.
This was not an isolated case.

We had 2 support tickets with the same first 3 letters of the id number. I simply took a quick glance at your sms and remembered the first 3 letters of the ID and then looked for the matching support ticket. I should have looked more carefully at the support ticket ID in your sms and apologise for the mistake.

The troubles of accepting SMS as support can become confusing, not sure why people use this alternative?

Plus SMS is easy to fake since the other end is an email system. Best method is to do it through your online ticketing system.
