    * Looking for feedback from anyone who has a reseller account & uses WHMCS

    Hi

I am gathering information for our forthcoming new reseller hosting plans.

Given the choice would you rather have a reseller account with WHMCS included in the price (ie a free license) or would you prefer a reduced cost reseller plan with optional paid WHMCS license??

I prefer license to be optional as addon. WHMCS license is never 100% free.

Personally I see more of a value including it with the price of my higher tiered plans

A 'free' WHMCS license was definitely a big plus for me but wouldn't have impacted my choice of host as I judged them on different considerations. It's a great 'nice to have' though

I agree, you should make it optional. A lot of hosting companies do.

But now http://hostbillapp.com/resellers/ just redirects to homepage which is as good as them not having one.
