Service Level Agreement
Replacement of broken hardware within one workingday (Sunday not included). Customer has to notify WorldStream about the downtime. SMS notification not for free.
Replacement of broken hardware within one day. WorldStream will be automaticly notified by e-mail. SMS notification not for free.
Replacement of broken hardware within 12 hours. WorldStream will be automaticly notified by e-mail/SMS. SMS notifications free.
Replacement of broken hardware within 8 hours. WorldStream will be automaticly notified by e-mail/SMS. SMS notifications free.
Replacement of broken hardware within 2 hours in office hours. Outside office hours 4 hours. WorldStream will be automaticly notified by e-mail/SMS. SMS notifications free.
In all cases, WorldStream is not responsible for software failures. In case of software failures, WorldStream can solve the issue. During office hours WorldStream calculates €39,00 an hour and outside office hours €99,00 an hour.
Contract
- There isn't any!
You don't have a contract at WorldStream. Servers which are rented for one month, will be extended with one month automatic. Server which are rented for 3 or 6 months, will be extended with 3 months.
It's still possible to sign a contract if you want. If you would like a contract, just send an e-mail to sales@worldstream.nl
Network and Datacenter
- WorldStream has built it's own Datacenters in Maasdijk, The Netherlands equipped with the best backup plans in case of an emergency:

- No long term contracts

Installation
- Our servers are installed with CentOS / Debian / FreeBSD by default with the latest kernel/updates included. Windows 2003/2008 is also an option. (Price is mentioned)
The server will be activated within one business day after we received your payment.
It's also possible to get your server installed with other Operation Systems on request.
Warranty
- We guarantee a 99,9% online policy. Maintenance with e-mail notification excluded. A compensation will be made if we don't satisfy this policy.

Dear,
If you pay per 6 months, the server is €29,00 per month. An additional fee will apply if you want to rent per 3 months or per month.
