I've been with datashack.net now for almost six months. However due to problems involving me losing my job. And possibly having my house repossessed I have had to get rid of almost every luxury possible. That involved cancelling my 12 month term with datashack earlier than anticipated and even college courses. I have had no problems with datashack whatsoever but the one time I needed to use their support they have disgusted me with their response times. It has been 10 days since my ticket has been opened and they still have not resolved it.
Let me briefly explain. I paid with my paypal account that has now been closed due to third party issues. Since it has been so long now I have started using my wife's account instead and have since forgotten my paypal details. I asked datashack to forward the paypal e-mail that I paid with (I know I should have kept logs but I wasn't thinking at the time) but they simply will not for some reason tell me the e-mail that I paid with. I told them to cross check the IP's, pay to my wife's VERIFIED paypal account or that they can even call me or I can call them to sort the issue out. They simply ignore me. It is now getting to the next month of my service and I can tell they will bill me for it when I want to cancel! I really didn't want to name and shame but it is getting to the point where this is silly now.
