a host like KH or wiredtree in asia?
Anyone know a fully managed host in Asia on the level of knownhost or wiredtree? This is for hosting a few friends, DirectAdmin panel, 1GB RAM, 15GB disk, 200GB bandwidth. Visitors will primarily be SEA.
Budget around $185/m. No setup fees.

I thought bandwidth there was expensive? That's per month

have u considered hostgator ? www.hostgator.in they have it in Hyderabad,AP, India. Its fully managed

If I am correctly, networks in India don't go to Hongkong, Singapore or Japan, etc. That means hosting in India is not optimized for SEA as the OP request.

I am not sure of the rest of the countries, but in Singapore I think Webvisions will be the closest choice for what you want.

Netlogistics have servers in Singapore. I have one of their unmanaged Sydney VPSs with DirectAdmin and it's the best I've ever used. Looks like DA is no longer listed on their website but they have supplied it before so it's worth asking if they still can.

PH would be the worst choice for SEA. Why? Their main telecom operator has one ntt link and traffic even to your neighbor goes to Seattle and comes back. Awesome routing that place has.
Stick to Sg/Jp/Kr/Tw for awesome SEA performance.

i never seen an asian host, btw you can try to find some in malasia or india.
