    Hostmist? Anyone?

    Hey guys, I wonder if anyone has face the issue to load HostMist client area page? I tried to load that page, to login and raise support ticket but couldn't load the page for 3 days.

    Btw, I raised a ticket regarding refund issue and have been promised to organize a refund by them but have not heard back from them after 3 days.

    Our client area got hit with a DOS attack so we moved it offsite. You can use http://clients.hostmist.com for now until we move it back.

    If you were requested a refund and did not receive it, send me a PM with the ticket # and I'll look into it.

    Hey Matt, thanks for replying to me.

    Actually I just wonder why I cant load the client area page and now the problem has fixed.

    As for the refund, the ticket no. is Ticket #472105. I guess the support is still working on that.

    Yes. It has been done in time.
    I've to clarify that I requested for refund due to some personal issues.

    i've just placed an order from HostMist. and I've already submitted two tickets if what's the status of my order. and no response yet after two hours? is anyone from Hostmist around here?

    These type of impatient posts always amuse me, the least you could also do to assist your provider is include your ticket number in the post. Unless of course your real name is "themongols" to which they can address you in their internal system.
