Would you mind giving more detail about the cPanel integration? Will clients be able to restore individual files or their whole site to a previous state?

Hi Juanzo,

cPanel access is primarily for setting up SSH keys (if you prefer doing it via cpanel instead of through SSH), file manager access etc.

We provide backup space online, with cPanel to manage your backup files. We do not provide any scripts to backup/restore. However, we do include free remote hands to help you configure your backups to go to our system.
