1- Long domain name may or may not effect. Some time it effect, some time not. But usually it does not effect.
2- High Loading speed that, website will load in less time. If loading time is more than 5 sec, then it will definitly effect.
3- You can add only 3 adsense units in a website. Not more than 3 units. And if it effect the ranking then how will google earn from its publishers network. "Worth Thinking".
4- Outbound links should be no follow.
Other Negative Factors;
5- Content should be relevant and of Good Quality.
6- Lack of Alternative tags to images and hyperlinks.
7- using Flash Animation
8- Using heavy images to website.
9- back linkg through irrelevant content pages.
10- Using reciprocal links.

well there are a lot of thing which can effect Google Page Rank, maximum of them have been described by some of my friends.. but i would like to share that, never go with the techniques which don't follow Search engines rules, first they can give you good benefits, but after some time, when Google Get know, than it can effect your Web site well, in negative, even Google can through it to sand box.

Google states: "In the rare cases in which Google perceives that duplicate content may be shown with intent to manipulate our rankings and deceive our users, we'll also make appropriate adjustments in the indexing and ranking of the sites involved. As a result, the ranking of the site may suffer or the site might be removed entirely from the Google index, in which case it will no longer appear in search results."

That doesn't mean that duplicate content WILL affect your ranking, but it COULD affect it.

Duplicate content on a site is not grounds for action on that site unless it appears that the intent of the duplicate content is to be deceptive and manipulate search engine results.

I think this is the key phrase in their advice. And thanks for the link, watchingfromafar.

- bad domain like ...long , no keywords, do have symbols, hard to memories, bad domain extension.
- content ....bad structure, page not found, linking error, lack of keywords, bad headline, duplicate content.
- slow loading page ..too much flash image, video media and scripts.
- high bounce rate
- low conversion rate
- less link juice
will affect the Google Ranking

The negative factors are:-
1. Irrelevant content or duplicate content of your website.
2. Contents and images are not attractive.
3. Too many links that too at the relevant places.
4. Absence of proper keywords.

4.More number of followed linking pages.
Google are trying to stop people from page rank sculpting (putting nofollows on there own pages to contain the page rank within a few pages)
So the number of followed linking pages on your site won't harm your ranking, you should try and follow all the pages when linking internally round your website
