premiumreseller.com - that is the question

Greetings wht!

I've been away from this site for quite a while! Feels good to be online again.

I'm looking to changing my windows reseller hosting. I love my current host, but their offerings are just too thin in every way. So I've been looking over premiumreseller.com.

I've been reading reviews of them until my eyeballs are about to explode. Many old reviews, some as recent as the earlier this year. It's disturbing how many are negative, and it seems the majority of the complaints have been related to support, and how badly they talk to/treat their customers.

In spite of all I've read I still believe I'll only be able to make an informed decision by consulting the wht membership

So, any input on premiumreseller.com?

TIA

Just out of curiosity, if you are running into mostly negative reviews, why are you so persistent on going with this particular company? Also, how did the coming you are looking to go with respond to those negative reviews? Were the problems, resolved, left open ended.. those are the questions you should ask your-self before going with any web host.

First off, I'm not persistent about going on with them, I'm merely doing fact-checking. Secondly, anyone with any experience knows that you have to be very careful with online reviews, often times they have to be taken with a grain of salt.

Lastly, they have been on wht since I've been here and they seem to be a stable host. Their offerings look good, and this makes them a good candidate for a replacement host.

So, all things taken into consideration, it wouldn't be wise for me to dismiss them without checking with the source I trust most, wht.

I would be more than happy to read the positive reviews if you post some links.

Apologies, persistent is probably not the word I should have used, I think I meant to use insistent (which is still not the correct word). But anyway, what I meant to say that it seems like you already got plenty of information for you to make an informed decision (at least for now). Doesnt mean you have to cross them off your list, but it wont hurt to also look at other options to see if they have more favorable feed-back about them on the internet.

Also, and although I agree with you about taking reviews with a grain of salt, I believe that is more so with positive reviews, than negative reviews. Mainly because you never know if there are ulterior motives behind the positive reviews, where as negative reviews tend to be more genuine (and if they are not, im sure the company is all over it).

Anyway, best of luck with your search and welcome back to WHT

As I always said, happy customers are busy running their business and won't have time to hang around WHT to write review and recommendation on a regular basis.
For those who think/thought we don't meet their expectiation & requirements, simply cancel account anytime and look for a new provider.
The amount of negative reviews from all kinds of search you could do about our business is less than 1% of total customers using our service.

Yes. This may be the point only. People continue to work silently if they are satisfied by the provider and I think only 5% people comes here and write a review or the affected people come here otherwise.
