In the past few months, I've been able to drastically ramp up my marketing efforts and have seen my business literally quadruple. This has been FANTASTIC, but I'm now finding that my simple text file organization system isn't working as well. I need a way to keep track of my clients and their current and pending projects. If it integrates into WHMCS, that would be stellar since I use that for billing my clients already.
For the past several weeks, I've been receiving anywhere from 2 to 5 new project quote requests every day. I need a way to provide the client with a proposal and then have the ability to know that I need to follow up with them in X days. My brain just isn't able to keep up with the client tracking anymore.
