Hello there, I'm new to this community and my ambition being to create my own hosting company I plan on staying here for quite a while.

Me and two friends of mine have $100 to invest into a dedicated server. We want it to be an offshore server because of the content we want to be able to allow our clients to have.

Does anyone currently know of any providers which rent offshore dedicated servers for a decent price. We have to buy cPanel reseller license too.

I don't talk German plus I'm not sure which one I should get.

Yes.

Ok, you might need a little higher budget just because half of the time hosts ask for a setup fee that can be 50-100USD(one time)

Do you know what kind of spcs you want? have you looked into the offer forum?

Not needing very high specs just good enough so we can actually host enough shared accounts to earn back the monthly fees.

I'm also needing one with Windows because of my very low knowledge with Linux systems.

What type of content are you trying to put on the server? Can you explain a little as to why you really need it offshore?

Well most hosts are known for using Linux with cpanel not windows with Enkompass...
If I was you I would take the time to get used to Linux/Cpanel to understand it better start with a VPS?

I want it offshore in a country where things such as Warez would be allowed to be hosted.

It would widen my potential client range.

you want it in a country with abhorrent connectivity that would likely cost well over 600-700 for an acceptable server

or

you want to buy from a flybynight scam host and lose your money

NEVER EVER host Warez. No sane host would say OK to you having Warez on their server. The only countries which would do that are those which has no political ties anywhere or some country which is basically independent of the rest of the world or a country which does not care about anything else except themselves. Other than that, you will find that they will most probably takedown your server with the 1st indication or report of Warez being hosted by yourself.
