I am looking to start off with a small SHOUTcast plan sometime today if I can find a good host.

128kbps and around 15 slots needed to start off with. I like the centova cast control panel but the cast-control is nice too so I don't mind which you provide.

Eventually I may upgrade to a re-seller account if any of you provide that. Or if you also provide VPS's I may rent one too and re-sell shoutcast if you allow it.
