How to get servers to go to new hosted site
I recently (last night) uploaded my site to a new host. At home internet explorer goes to my new site fine, but at work it still goes to the old site which is apparently still up and running (the host is closing soon). A tracert from work shows the old IP address as well. How long does it take to update the servers to the new IP address? Is there anyway I can get my domain's new IP address updated in all the databases? I'm not all that familiar with how servers store domain's IP address's locations, etc. Of course I have changed the nameservers for my domain name.

Once you update DNS records at your registrar, it takes from 24-72 hours to fully propagate.

After you successfully change the nameservers, it's 24-72 hours for propogation... after that, you should be ok.
