basically i've been looking for a colocation host and gate2vn (pham hung) from 3inetwork.com offered, i just wanted to know is he trustworthy to ship my server to? i am shipping the server to netriver (i guess they have a rack or two there) but what Guarantee do i have that if they decide to shutdown business i get my server back?

Hi ZaroSath,

I have worked with Hung for the past three years and only seen/heard good things. Speaking from the datacenter where he has space, I would recommend you put in writing a breif paragraph to the effect that if you pay in full you will get your equipment back... or something to that effect if it doesn't already exist. Candidly, I think he is very trustworthy and is also excellent on the service and follow up end... we use him for various things and I'd be happy to share our experiences with his thoroughness. Hung was a customer of ours some time ago. Very responsible customer. Would have no qualms about using him as a vendor.
