    Also, on the hosting plans, it says that the level 2 is 3.95$/year but when we click on order, it comes to 4.95 in the options list instead of $3.95.

    I think that's why the 3 month is coming cheaper because of that supposedly error. I suppose it's 3.95/month rate for yearly payment?

    At the moment, we have no actual value in place for a database. Nonetheless, from my experience a 1GB database is rather massive and to be honest I can't imagine shared hosting being best suited for your needs.

    3. I see that the 3month plan is cheaper than a year. How come?

    This is not an error. We decided to extend cheaper pricing on the quarterly option as most clients renew annually upon renewal.

    4. So the recurring cost after the period (month, 3 month, 1year) is automatically charged? And the recurring costs would still be 50% off right?

    Payments are automatically charged only if you have an active subscription for our service otherwise, you will need to remit payment manually. Correct, the 50% discount would still apply on renewal.

    As a friendly FYI, our prices will be changing in approximately 10 hours . Also, if your database is 1GB in size I would strongly recommend that you source for a Shared Hosting provider that would support or accommodate this request or a budget VPS service.

    Yes, you can use PayPal to send payment and setup an active subscription for automatic renewal.

    Absolutely, you can sign up for service on a quarterly basis and continue to renew quarterly Vs. annually or monthly.

    That's due to the limitations of our billing system WHMCS. 99.9% of our new sign ups use the WHT promo (wht50life) or the coupon code located on our site (LHSPECIAL). This allowed prospective customers to receive two discounts. $3.95/mo x 12 months + 50% off the already discounted service. Therefore, we now only offer 50% off any billing cycle.

    1. Will the promotion discount (wht special) continue to apply if I start with a smaller package and larger one?

    2. The Toronto servers, are they still available? How fast are they? (main specs?)

    3. Regarding your AUP, image hosting is prohibitied. I am in grey area where parts of hosting would be used for videography/photography portfolio. Of course, these files may get linked to private sources from time to time. Well, actually even worse, a podcast perhaps. Do you allow this?

    I have another question but I think it is more appropriate to PM the question. I hope this is OK. Thanks!

    Well I signed up and it was great. I missed an invoice due to being out of the country and no access to pay however when trying to contact them to resolve this, I have had no reply at all from them in regards to the email I sent in.

    Not sure whats going on but not really impressed by this. Would at least appreciate a reply even if you said I can't reactivate.

    I am happy to hear you enjoyed our service while you were using it. In regards to your account, unfortunately, I have no way of telling which account is yours by your WHT handle. You mentioned you tried contacting LevelHosting. In this case, what is your ticket number? I would be very surprised that you received no reply to your ticket. To be fair, invoice generation takes place 10 days before the due payment date. Then, we send an invoice reminder 5 days before the invoice due date in addition to 3 following payment reminders after the due date.

    It is of no benefit for us to terminate accounts without reason. Our system is automated and delinquent accounts including all data is terminated from our system. This information is clearly communicated in our e-mail notifications. If your hosting service is just as imperative to you as your home Internet & Cable service you could have opened a ticket with our Sales department informing us in advance or paid for the upcoming invoice before the renewal date.

    The "Economy Plan" allows for 10 parked domains. Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 are unlimited parked domains.     Thanks. Glad I checked I assumed that with unlimited subdomains and databases we could have unlimited parked domains - just shows it pays to ask.

    Not enough Parked Domains for me - I'd never go over 150 mb and 7-10 gb bandwidth. Seems silly to pay for more than I need. I'll keep looking thanks.

    I would like to know if you can provide a sample site (Wordpress preferably) that's hosted on your shared hosting plan, so I can see how it runs for me, I'm located in Australia and have found many international hosts to be very slow.

    Also if you have a speed test or large file I can try downloading that would be great.

    Level 1
    Level 1_CA

    Packages with the _CA label are for Canada. This setup has worked well for us to date. Although, I believe this may not be apparent for all so we may need to modify the layout. If you have any additional questions or concerns feel free to update your ticket.

    We do not support the catch all e-mail option in our Shared Hosting environment. Though the catch all option can be used for legitimate reasons we found it was being abused and it increased the number of spam e-mails. For that reason, we've had it disabled on all servers for quite some time.

    I looked through our new orders from this morning/afternoon and saw you already signed up. If this will be an issue for you please let us know.

The cPanel’s built-in web application makes it easy for managing and manipulating your website’s files including the ability to decompress and extract a compressed file to a specified directory.

    You would setup Email Account Forwarders within your cPanel.

    4. When trouble tickets submitted, whats the average turn around time to be addressed?

    We don't guarantee any response/resolution times but plan on doing so in the future. As advertised, our average response time is 30 minutes and again not guaranteed. If you're looking for a provider that offers 10 minute response time with resolution that's not us.

The thing is I am currently running a Wordpress site and I want it transferred to the basic plan 1.
