Good morning my fellow WHT'ers,

does anyone have a problem connecting to the server4you.net live chat?

Hey. I tried every 4 hours waiting 10 minutes for three days long until I gave up. I ordered a server, it was up within an hour. Only then I notice rdns is a "Premium feature" for which you need to pay extra. I decided to order an extra IP (they state 1 EUR) but they charged me 4.50. 2 days after opening a support ticket they told me my next billing month will have a 3.50 reduction. The next month didn't have this reduction, it was quite clear for me they are unorganized and I asked them to suspend the server.

I really don't recommend them.

I did not ask for a review, i asked if anyone could CONNECT to their live chat, since i'm not able to. The little pop-up screen stays white.

I can reach them through chat, I have a server with them.
The problem is with the waiting time, it takes so long.

Just received an email from them stating:

Dear Sir,

we have already informed you a few days ago, that your order was rejected due to security problems.

We will not be able, to accept you as one of customers.

I was waiting for about 5 mins and there was no response. May be some problem with my net connection. But I can't reach them.
