Annoying Spam, Help! (Pics)


I keep on getting this pop-up spam, it has annoyed me until the point where im going to find out what company is sending me it, and go on vacation to pay them a visit. It pops up when im in the middle of doing things, and crashes crap, its a big mess.

I have tried spyware remover tools, and much more, yet nothing will remove this crap. Please help

I receive a lot of this crap too. Its so damn annoying... And what's the point anyway since you can't visit the site anyway????

Anyone getting messenger spam mneeds a better firewall....

I luckily have not had ANY messenger crap,its funny though,how easy it is to disable it!!! (hehehe)

I did everything right... and today I received three more pop-up windows...

This trick, apparently, doesn't work.

A firewall wont block this because this is built into Windows.

artashes.. it's ***VERY*** easy to disable...

it's just net send spam..

go into administrative tools, services, find messenger, right click on it, go into properties, change startup type: to disabled.... then just restart... should fix it just fine.

Just to post an update after doing the disable method phrozen supplied, it has been almost 24 hours, and have not seen that popup since.

Works good on Win2K, Thanks once again!
