Nice, clean layout but needs work.
Could use some colour throughout the site. Search function isn't very powerful, and your home page images need cleaning up.
Footer needs margin below it to lift off the bottom.
Billing section needs some work.
All external links could ideally be a _blank target, you want to keep customers on your site; not send them elsewhere on the same window as yours.

One thing that stands out is the design difference when you click on Plans. I can tell that you are using WHMCS. You can actually modify the design to match your website. Here's an example of WHMCS that matches the design of my site:

If you google around you can find people that will do it for you for like $20. Good luck!

I think it is too inconsistent and a bit erky jerky for my taste. - Your logo is noticably a different colour than the header background.
- Too many conflicting pattern backgrounds.
- The breadcrumbs and content wrapper feel out of place and restricted - as the header and footer feel wide open.
- The footer widgets don't flow together - one is too short another is too long. Especially the Twitter Widget - maybe knock it dow to last 3 to make it size with the ccontact form.
Hope this helps.

From a first glance that stands out to me #1 you need a real logo & #2 you need color. THe colors on the top banner and th image are way to dark. You should look into Ypson for a logo and give him a blue color scheme to work with and use him for a logo he's great.
Besides that your layout is very clean, very professional, it looks nice. Your shopping cart isn't very nice in my opinion either. You have this nice clean index page then you go to this page and it looks awful. It also has no link back to your home page on it. Also the contact us page you should include a way for clients to contact you outside of your form. Maybe provide a few email addresses and a phone number?

really good design but my oppinion is that you need to lower that twitter widget to show less tweets , it makes footer too long

Looks pretty good. I would suggest editing your section titled, "dedicated employee". That second sentence is a major run-on sentence. The message you are trying to convey is good but if you shortened it you could still get the same point across. Also you should change where it says, "assign a employee" to "assign an employee." Other than that, nice work.

Thanks for all the replies! I was wondering what you guys thought about the prices? Do you think the prices are fair? If not, tell us what you think would be fair. Also, we're having a promotion; you get your first month free, and this will be going on for 3 months.
Thanks guys!
