    BurstNet is not serious on my ticket

    I ordered a dedicated server, but I didn't find there are dropbox for me to choose /28 block of Ips. I thought I could apply for that after the order. After the server is online, I send a ticket to ask them to buy additional /28 block of IPs, but they said I should select in "Upgrade & degrade Options", then I found my server is in pending status in control panel and can't click, then I asked them to check it, 3days later, they notify me it is activated and I can use it now. Then I clicked the button and found that there is still no dropdown menu for me to adding Ips. I sent a ticket again to ask them to buy additional IPs, then I got a reply today as below:

    It really irritated me since it has been 10days past.
    This Chuck D is not serious from his words. The server is already in my account, how can I go on order a server and select from dropdown menu the IPs? But I didn't find dropdown box as they said even.

    BurstNet is not serious to deal my ticket.

    Maybe you should find another host, I don't think BurstNET will like email spammers.

    There are two ways to order more IPs:
    1) Should be able to do under the Server's "Upgrade/Downgrade Options".
    2) In the Client area you can click "Order" then dropdown to "IP Address"

    Hours ago i saw a great review about BurstNet and their dedicated support team.. right now i saw different story..

    I have several services activated with burst.
    That still say pending in the client area. Not going to contact them about it. As it is there own fault, They need to sort this out.

    I must admit, if I were in your shoes I would also be frustrated so I can understand the situation you're in. Having said that, waiting 3 days for what appears to be a predefined reply would also upset me and add fuel to the fire so to speak. BurstNET has a member on the forums with the handle being: "BurstNET". Send him a PM and I am sure he will take care of you. I've read many of his posts and he is always helpful and honest.

    Thanks for all.

    Finally I found the right section.

    -> "Account Addons - Click to view available addons"
    -> then choose "Category" -> "IP address"


    Their staff guided me wrong. They are really not responsible.
