Sites in our network purchase advertising from our partnered ad networks such as Google AdSense, Casale Media, The Yahoo Network. When visitors reach sites in our network they will be shown interstitial ads (ads that show up between links from one page to the next) while surfing on our own network of verified trusted sites.

Is this adsense safe? Also, do you have a site at all? Not a fan of people promising lots of visitors and not having a site. No offense, but seems sketchy.

To me this sounds like a simple Traffic Share Site. These are typically ineffective as the traffic is typically targeted. If the OP Can share more on how the visitors come to the site, I will pay for 5 spots
