I am sorry about the problems with our ordering system. What browser/os are you using? I just placed a test order using IE, FF, and Chrome on Windows 7. They all went through.

If you still are unable to place an order please email us at sales@tristarcreations.com with the plan you would like, domain name, and email address. We will manually setup an account for you and you would be able to add your other details to it through our control panel at that point.
