    any one knows how to do that ?

    I told you previously that you must configure host-only networking, this appears to have not been done. The server/host MUST have a private IP assigned on the host-only interface, this has not been done. This has everything to do with xen or whatever VM/VPS solution your are using.

    any one can help in this ?

    i also get this error while i login to ssh via console

    Bringing up interface eth0: Error, some other host already uses address 85.25.xxx.xx

    from what little information you posted
    I can only assume your running vmware

    Bringing up interface eth0: Error, some other host already uses address 85.25.xxx.xx
    means exactly what is says the ip is all ready in use
