FTNHosting.net - Genuine?

I just bought a VPS from FTNHosting.net, everything looks ok genuine etc. got a confirmation email through saying its fully functional and operational.

when i log into there control panel it says its offline, i tried booting rebooting the server via the control panel but still cant get it online. there is no live help or contact us page on the website, just a support ticket system which no one is replying too.

anyone used these people before? cheers
