Ripe Direct Assignments

I need to setup and receive a Ripe Direct Assignments for a colocated server(s).

I do host controversial content (legal, non-spam, non-voilent), and would not like anyone to be able to easily look up my Data Center and potentially harass them.

Has anyone had experience doing this?

Will there be any issues registering a US based business as a Ripe member.

Can anyone recommend an EU hosting company that will act as a sponsoring LIR and assist me with this.

You could get allocation for your server from any LIR. All datacenter company in Europe is LIR so you will get PA allocated space under them (but ip's will be their in such case). For ehay you are looking for i guess you want PI address space.

Yes, the issue will be that it does not work.

They see your Datacenter in the IPs whois anyway, in the routes part...

no.

It is also very hard to get PI space now, way harder even than PA allocations.
You dont need it, you just want a datacenter that reassigns you a /25 or so (incl. Abuse mailbox) and is tolerant - like PRQ.
