READYSPACE - ABSOLUTELY THE **WORST**
Stay way away!
1) Support is not 24 hours
2) My site is down for over 12 hours and no support
3) They deleted my domain A record in DNS
4) Their DNS doesn't even recognise my site suddenly
In short:
1) Bad service
2) Probably a 1 man bedroom doesn't care about their customer business
3) Upset I paid 1 year in advance
Terrible!

Hello Gigaron,
WOW. Hate to hear about stuff like this....but I suppose it is good to know. Are they are reseller of some sort? kind of sounds like it. How long have you been with them?
Can you include your domain that is hosted with them?
Be sure to let us know how you make out and good luck!

I checked their support portal and it appears that they have A LOT of maintenance issues. Being that they are based in Singapore, I would stay away. I hope you get a refund!

Why do you recommend to stay away from webhosts because they are based in Singapore? Doesn't look like a valid reason to me.

2 years ago, I got a client from HK and his server was from Readyspace HK. Though I'm not sure if Readyspace HK is a totally separate company or not, not sure if the support was from HK or SG. But to be fair, their support was good and it's 24/7.

Hi Gigaron,
Thank you for your feedback. Our support is 24 x 7 via helpdesk.readyspace.com or you can e-mail us depending on which country you purchase services from. Would you mind providing me your support ticket so that we are able to look into the case for you?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Im curious to hear why they deleted your A and DNS records? Did they move you to a different server without telling you?

You share the same IP as the host and I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Not great
I have been on ReadySpace (Singapore) for a few years.
Back when I started it was relatively easy to get on the phone with capable local techs who are directly able to touch my VPS.
Now though, there is only one telephone number for us to call (+65 6496 0090) and this number goes to a foreign call center, I don't know where, but the pick-up time is usually quite fast. The guys sound American, and they are unable act on the servers, unable to directly reach the people who can act on the servers.
As such response to down time is very slow.
Support via email is also poor, because the response time is unpredictable, their emails do not quote your message, they often do not answer some of your questions, they often ask for info that you already told them.
What's going on in ReadySpace?
