How to? Add a user with restricted access to one command?

So, basically, I would like to add a user that can only access the "perl" command, or just perl and basic commands. ex: perl <params> <params> <params>

I am hosting a service that lets people convert their YAML file to an SQL database.

If you use password-less SSH logins (key authentication only), you can limit what is allowed to be run. Here's an example :

you can use ssh-jail to allow specific commands to be executed. use google and search for "ssh jail".
