We tried to set up an account with this company, and experienced nothing less than a nightmare!

First and foremost, we successfully paid for our hosting account, but never received any account setup information. After waiting and waiting and waiting for the email that the company promised they would send, we finally decided to try to contact them. Guess what? No phone number! Then we tried clicking on the "Live Chat" link. Nothing but garble. In fact every link on the page went to some kind of garbled code.

A few more hours went by, and we tried the SkyNetHosting.net contact page again. Their contact page worked this time. However, their chat system said they were offline, even though their contact page claims their support system is 24/7 (apparently another lie).

We finally were able to submit a support ticket, only to be told to keep waiting. OUTRAGEOUS!

We had a domain that we needed to get up and running for a client TODAY. We tried to do it at SkyNetHosting.net. We took a leap of faith and trusted these people as a vendor. Big mistake! We lost our client and their money as a result of trusting this joke of a hosting company.

Finally, after we finally came to the conclusion that we had been screwed, we charged back the fee. We still don't have our money back. Apparently, these people feel that our money is their money even though they have done nothing for it except to lie, lie and LIE.

Fair warning, Folks! Don't even think about doing business with SkyNetHosting.net. Don't trust them! They will take your money and give nothing in return.

11 May 2012 05:49 AM and it was replied by us on 11 May 2012 05:58 AM, we have replied that ticket within 9 minutes.

The account was not setup instantly as your order failed the initial fraud checks and the order is now refunded.

Just because your order failed the fraud checks it would be unfair to call a company a scammer, instead we would have appreciate a honest review.
