Just phoned, tech told me there were isssues yesterday with the primary routing engine, redundant one appears to be broken since a few hours, its not forwarding traffic. Someone is on its way from Germany with a new one which will be installed asap.
Issue has been solved, we have taken steps to prevent this issue should occur again. We have installed a brand new routing engine this evening in our corerouter. A brand new "redundant" routing engine will be installed aswell today afternoon (no downtime involved).
We are aware of some network interruptions within the last short time and promise our customers better times.
We also apologise for all the inconvenience caused by this interruptions and want to thank the customers who supported us in this situation.
