One of my customers uses the hosted version of Kayako Fusion for their Helpdesk software. Since upgrading from v3 to v4, the hosted service is down almost every day and usually, multiple times per day. This has been going on for some time and Kayako's staff appears clueless on how to stabilize their hosted environment.
Is there anyone out there than can provide a fully managed Kayako Fusion environment so I can move them away from the dreadful hosted service that Kayako provides?
They are not interested in hosting it themselves or maintaining it themselves. Looking for a fully managed solution.
