Do you really need Alpha Reseller Hosting? I would suggest you to go with Reseller Hosting as it is more stable.

wow....the price seems to be unbelieveable low! I don't know about your requirements, but I suggest you tpo make several contacts with them first before taking a decision.

Which server are you in? We have been offering full credit refund for all affected clients.

I have two alpha reseller with you guys. One under server "Juliet - Lombard (near Chicago)" & the other one under "Pluto - Scranton". I've in the past ask for credits but never was.

Pluto shouldn't be a problem except an apache problem yesterday.

At times my site hosted on server Pluto can't connect to the site database. Happens once every few hours. & Ticket ID: 742037

I had this US$ 5.00 Alpha reseller account from URPad, but only for one month - because of very high server load.

Whenever I logged into WHM to check the current status the server load was between 10 and 25 (with only 4 CPUs).

I can tell you right now that as long as you continue to look for alpha reseller plans (especially those that are being offered by oversold budget hosts), you are going to continue running into the same problems. Alpha reseller plans (from a server management point of view are a nightmare to maintain) and will ultimately lead to constant downtime or slow loading websites.

If I were you, I would abandon the whole alpha reseller search and look for something more stable (like a regular reseller plan that is not being oversold).

Not to spam this thread, but this has been fixed. We have seen then installed Cloud Linux which as helped us reduce the load problems that we where getting at that time.

hm, are you sure you fixed it? I manage a VPS with UrPad, load on the VPS is only 0.6 on average with 4 CPUs (so pretty much nothing), but it's as slow as a VPS can get (and yes, I talk about 10 seconds to even get a letter to show up in the SSH console..).

Not sure how you define "fixed", but I guess the servers are MASSIVELY oversold and load must be enormous, sometimes (quite often actually), there is no way of connecting at all the

That really doesn't sound like us at all, do you have a ticket ID I can look at? There hasn't been any reports of issues on our VPS servers, but let's not bring this thread off-topic because this thread is about our alpha reseller hosting service not VPS.
