COLO@ Network Issues At Phoenix NAP

Anyone else having issues or is it just me? They seem to be having some major packetloss issues which is also causing some route dampening to go on. I had the same issue for 1 hour back on 6/3 and requested and RFO and never got one. Have another ticket open now and waiting to see what the deal is.

Well im back up after being offline for over an hour. I guess they gathered some logs they are supposed to look through but they didnt say what happened yet. Total downtime this round around 1 hour 10 min
Previous outage time on 6/3 was 54 minutes. Total outage time of 2 hours 4 minutes in less than a 2 week period.

Unfortunately the codebase that was running on this router has a memory leak which we were able to identify when the event occurred this second time. Each client has received a direct reply into the incident.

Yes thanks for the response, hopefully this is the last time we see this issue.

5 minute ios reload turns into almost another hour of downtime so far. My port to their gear is hard down, looks like something went very wrong

Why not contact them directly rather than post on WHT?

I most certainly did do that and got a vague "We are still working on the issue" response at that point in time. I was posting to see if anyone else affected had anymore information, but i guess not. I wont bother going into all the details but suffice to say there are still lingering issues that are supposed to be resolved today so we will see. Fairly underwhelmed and dissapointed in the whole ordeal.
