most hosts will require order verification this can be though phone or a national id card scan (passport / driver licence) so what you want is near to impossible
unless you find a host that's willing todo it also note your details are not a problem since nobody is permitted to share them without your permission unless offcource if hosts get a court order then theyt have to release your info
