How to remove DNS name from IP on my VPS?

I bought a VPS package + 3 IP's recently and I made one IP into a HTTps proxy, but the IP shows with i.e. : 89.99.99.205 www.randomvps(dot)net.
Since I am pretty noobish at managing servers, could someone pls tell me if it's possible to change something so it just leaves/shows the bare IP.

Thx much.
Btw. great forum, wish I knew for you guys before + also considering to buy one of the packages you offer here.

If your provider supports rDNS, ask them to change it into your domain, ie. proxy.yourdomain.com

Ask your host to delete the PTR (Pointer) record for the IP address, so that when someone does a reverse look up, it will not resolve to a domain.
