Integrate Kayako v4 in WHMCS v4

    Hello ,

We are looking to integrate Kayako v4 in WHMCS v4. We have a custom design for our WHMCS. We contacted both Kayako and WHMCS and they keep telling us to contact the other party so they can build a complete integration (like Kayako v3). We have our Kayako v4 since January and we still did not use it because of this integration issue.

For those who are using Kayako v4, how do you please manage your integration ? What I mean by integration, is having Kayako transparent for the users. Having one interface that has both, WHMCS + Kayako (not just a simple LoginShare).

If nothing is "officially available", could you recommend us a good developer that could integrate Kayako in our WHMCS ? We don't really mind of the price, just looking for quality so our clients can have a good experience with the interface.

Thank you for your help WHT in advance,

We do not use Kayako (we did), but I've personally seen this integration in action, and works perfectly (We've tested it on WHMCS v4.5)

    Great thank you.

To WHMCS or Kayako (Jamie), are you going to release an official 'full' integration ? I don't understand why 'external' developers should do the job instead of you.

Specially Kayako, when the Kayako Fusion license price starts at 999$..

Should not be that complicated for you guys and you would get more clients for sure.

Not for the time being... simply because we have a small development team right now and a lot of other things to do that are of greater important to more of our customers (we try to prioritise things as fairly as possible).
