    There are several stages involved ... a few include:
    Becoming registered IPSP with V & MC in the proper jurisdiction
    Registered PSP/ISO with acquiring banks
    Meet compliance

    once you jump the first 2 hurdles, it gets a bit easier
    payment processing made simple -since 1998
    *US, Canadian, EU and Offshore Merchant Accounts

    Is it not the bank that are registered IPSP with V & MC ?

    Where to buy the platform for accepting payments and is there any list of banks that accept high risk merchants as most of them use banks in eastern europe and asia for their processing
