    * Slow VPS Problem, maybe dns / nameserver?

    Hello,

I've now been busy days with the same problem, a very slow vps, recently I ordered a VPS at Leaseweb. I had VPS's before, but not at Leaseweb. The controlpanel i'm using is plesk and the os is CentOS, the vps has 1 ip. B

The vps didnt had a domainname so i had buy 2 domainnames, lesprops-server.nl and lesprops.nl

I'm using lesprops-server.nl as hostname for the vps and lesprops.nl as a domain. The ip is shared. At the domainregistar i'm using the following settings:

    Dns:
A - Ip of the server

    Nameservers:
    ns.lesprops.nl
    ns1.transip.nl
    ns2.transip.nl

In plesk is lesprops.nl the primary nameserver for the DNS zone.

Please help me with this problem, It's driving me crazy!

    Kind Regards,
    Marc

Dns and nameserver wouldnt contribute to extreme slowness if your ping ms is below 400ms from ur computer ip to the server
