Good vendor for Supermicro server (complete Windows/pedestal)?

I'm looking to order a Supermicro-based server. Most of the recommendations I've been able to find were pertaining to dealers of Linux and/or rack servers only. I'm looking for a Windows 2008 pedestal/tower server.

Anyone know of a good vendor for this? I just need a good online configurator -- I hate compromising on preconfigured setups, and ditto with contacting for quotes whenever I want to see which options will have which cost effects. As long as shipping costs are reasonable I don't really care where (in the USA) they're located.

PS. As you may have guessed this isn't actually for a datacenter, but I thought this was the most appropriate section.

    Thanks!

Rackmounts Etc, Amadi Systems, Apaq Digital should be able to put together something for you.

All three of those seem to be great venders I've personally used Rackmount Etc a few times in the past and was very happy with my servers.

Thanks for the responses. These appear to be rackmount-only vendors though. One of them says they do towers but doesn't have an online configurator for them.

Talk to Curt at Amadi Systems. That's probably who you were talking about anyways ... don't let the fact that they don't have an online config system scare you away, they are awesome to work with.

Amadi has great support. Had a server fail, they picked it up and delivered it before the end of the day. That being said, that was in our /downtown Chicago location but I was very happy with the level of service.

tower servers are pretty darn easy to DIY! you may want to consider these supermicro pre-built towers/workstations, then just add your own CPU/RAM/HDD.

Apaq does not sell tower systems.
