I have contacted you guy's about 48 hours ago and I still have not received a response back from your sales and or support department.
Could this be because of this outage? I just tried visiting your website and was directed to the cloudflare error page, so that is also why I came here and found this thread.
I'm still awaiting the response, and if needed I can re-send the e-mail again to the e-mail address.
As I spoke with you in another thread and e-mailed you as directed to by you when you replied to my quoted message.
Please let me know, or please PM me that secondary contact method that I can go ahead and shoot this e-mail off to, I would like to get this cleared up and fixed as soon as possible would be great!
