I called US toll free (the number is correct) two times and chose option 704- sales & billing. Waited forever and nobody answered - greeting was played over and over again. The first time it was after 10am on the west coast (1pm east), the second time was some 40 mins after that.
Thanks for pointing that out. The number was a very old number, to save confusion I asked our webmaster to remove it. Customers should use our toll free numbers (both are routed the same, so it doesn't matter which number you call).
