Wrong support number for InnoHosting?

I've just dialed the number listed on InnoHosting site on support page http://www.innohosting.com/support.htm

UK Local Telephone Support - xxxx xxx xxxx

The gentleman who answered the phone said he has nothing to do with hosting and this is not the first time he gets a call from people wanting to talk to InnoHosting.

Some mix up or a wrong number? If anybody from InnoHosting reads that, it might be useful info.

Have you tried to call the other toll free numbers listed there? I also see Live Chat support with whom you can communicate to get the correct number.

I called US toll free (the number is correct) two times and chose option 704- sales & billing. Waited forever and nobody answered - greeting was played over and over again. The first time it was after 10am on the west coast (1pm east), the second time was some 40 mins after that.

I did not call UK toll free.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for pointing that out. The number was a very old number, to save confusion I asked our webmaster to remove it. Customers should use our toll free numbers (both are routed the same, so it doesn't matter which number you call).

Sales is open 9-5 gmt, I've taken a few calls myself. But if you're having issues, just PM me your number and I can arrange to call you as well to discuss any questions you may have

thanks for reply. Yes, I was calling after 5pm GMT...

I'm looking to become a reseller for InnoHosting. I'll call tomorrow or Friday during normal working hours.

Hi Alex,

Ah that explains it then.. If you ever need out of hours Sales on the phone, we're more than happy to schedule it (although tech support is 24x7 by phone).
