Dear Tumbano,
I bought a VPS 2 days ago and it's too slow, after you changed my server, it's better than first but also slow also and you have 14 days money back warranty.
I paid 82 GPB, i lost lots of time for installation and you didn't provide my required quaility.
I'm an unhappy customer. I want refund but you refusing to refund.

According to our Terms of Service, Vps and Dedicated Servers are not refundable.
As written on our site, the 14 days money back only applies to shared and reseller accounts.

To anybody who may read this, the client's complaint ("too slow") refers to disk I/O on a vps.
Client expectations were simply too high for the system he ordered. He was expecting 200+MB/s while the vps performed at 90MB/s

Sorry but where is 90MB/s ? You provide max 82 MB/s but it should be 30 MB/s next month.
I'm paying 82 GBP and described my requirement.
And you playing "cheating game" with your terms.
This is my announce : "BIBIHOST have no refund on VPSs", maybe they don't trust their service quality.
Maybe i can recover new victims.

Money Back Guarantee

The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee is split into two major sections; requests before the first 7 days, and requests afterwards. The first 7 days is referred to as the “Trial Period”. During this time, a client may request for a refund at any time, and there will be no questions asked. No prior reason must be mentioned. The 7th day marks the end of the Trial Period. Yes, you agreed indirectly you playing "cheating game" with your terms, thanks for your support to explain:
I didn't bought domain, you are not ICANN. I just ordered VPS, not dedicated server. VPS's is a share of dedicated server, why not refund ?
Good business, collect money without customer satisfaction.
Because i think you don't trust your service.
This is bad experience for me and lessons:
Don't trust if someone offering money back warranty. Please read small letters in terms. Maybe they have big banner on their frontpage "14 Days Money Back Warranty" but in terms a notice "refunds valids for green aliens not for humans"

I'm sorry, you are right, i choiced wrong company for hosting.
