Spam in WHMCS
I've noticed lately that we are getting a lot of spam through the WHMCS ticket system. We have got the captcha code displayed on the ticket form but they're still managing to send spam. Is there any way I can prevent this?
I have tried adding blocked phrases but doesn't seem to work.
Try and add more security questions like "In what year are we?" or "How many blood types are" hope that I have helped you in some way.
How would I do that in WHMCS?
Is there an IP at the bottom of the ticket? If not it's being piped in via email so you'll need to adjust the spam settings on your mail server.

They do have IP addresses so must be submitted via the website
