    Cheap yet reliable payment gateway

    Hi all.
I am sorry if this post opened in wrong topic.
I am very confused about payment gateway.
I am currently have business account in paypal unfortunately paypal accept mail address payment but Credit Cards out side of usa, canada...etc. But i am in japan and my business located in japan and as you can guess i am working with japanese banks.

So far i checked WHT forums about cheap (i mean low transaction fee, low setup fee/no setup fee, no monthly fee) payment gateway which accept japan located hosting company.

Last 2 hours i am reading comments about 2checkout.com and i am definitely won't deal with them.
Paypal: I can not use it. It is useless for japan.
Autorize.com (or .net) is too high set up and monthly fee.
Google checkout: this also support usa and/or canada
    Money Bookers: Also for usa.

    What i want is:
    Low/non setup fee.
    Low/(prefer NO) monthly fee.
    Low transaction fee.
    Accept japan located business.
My client's HAS TO STAY in my site during payment; important!

I am really stack about payment. i have customers who can not pay via CC.

    Regards

Plimus seems to be used, but mostly by software developers rather then for web hosting.

I am talking with their staff over chat now... and i let you know the result.
The key question is this company trustful or not?

    Dear Neo_codingarena
I just finished my chat and i can clearly say LR system is the most eclectic system that i've ever seen.

Due to operator says(i have chat history as well):
Clients pay for amount to exchanger that i picked up.
So that exchanger sent it to LR
if i request money then LR sent it to another exchanger
    That exchanger transfer to me.

    It looks like money laundering.

I had some positive reviews from some users who are using LR.Thats why I suggested that..
Also i think its the cheapest of all the above, with no monthly setup fees and a very low transaction fee as well..

I checked exchanger in their site. some of them home page is closed which means run out of business.
Getting scared... What if my picked exchanger collapse?

LR states it clearly that they have nothing to do with the exchanger. Its all your choice..
But the money in your LR a/c will be safe and can withdraw it by using any of the exchangers you trust..

That would be slightly expensive, but would be more trustworthy.

My local bank is giving me better rates than Paypal were. I'm paying less % transaction fees.

That would not surprise me. PayPal's rates are not especially competitive.

Just type name, cc number, exp date and ccv2. Click pay button all done right away.

Simple i dont like/want my customers go to another site for payment and back to me.

    Hi again.
I am still having difficulties about payment gateway.

authorize.net, google checkout, paypal merchant account..vs all requires usa based company.
Other payment gateway company asks a lot money for setup fee.

I couldn't finish this god damn task.
All international businesses have this pain or just me?

Any luck? We're in the same boat. Either go with Paypal or go local and built our own API for WHMCS.

    Nope; there is no hope.
I am currently communicating with moneybrookers and 2checkout.com

After a small investigation over net. There is a lot of people
complaining about 2checkout.com i found this site you mignt be consider.
    http://www.ripoffreport.com/credit-c...over-947cw.htm
Also personal experience, moneybrookers support center is terrible. I has to wait 4 days to get and an answer for small tiny question.

Long story short, i am very confused about payment. And i don't know whom i do i have to believe. Some people says 2checkout scam while another site says 2checkout is good moneybrookers scam yet another site says 2checkout and moneybrookers are scam paypal is good.

I guess you are a non-usa citizen and i think your business outside of usa.
If yes, then forget paypal because they don't accept merchant account for non-usa citizen.

Is there someone in WHT who have business outside of usa and using merchant account.
