I cannot get an activation email on the forum, I cannot get ANYONE to reply to my ticket.
This is disgusting. I cannot believe Im a victim of such horrible customer sevice.
Just because its the best software on the market doesn't give anyone the right to treat people so poorly.
STEVE - in case you read this I paid for new licenses last week, my ticket is dormant, Im calling my credit card company by EOD if his is not resolved. I've literally given you money and you cant provide a license?
