Is there a template for TOS and a Privacy Policy?

I had asked my host if I can use their terms of service. Had asked for their permission and have been using them. Yes, I had to add a few things from my point of view, but got the basic structure from my parent hosting company.

i looked for a while for some kind of template and decided on hostlegal as well. I purchased it last night and i've been happy. I dont think you need the reseller pack , just get the tos and aup and you should be good.
Email in advance, he gave me a 50% off coupon

Can just use ToS from upstream provider. You shouldn't really be making your own up. Either use ToS from upstream provider or get a professional to help you create one.

I found one when I read Webhosting ebook

You might need to add your own term in it.
