Q. Can I actually use all of my allocated space and bandwidth, or is this just a gimmick?
A. We're different than the other budget web hosts - we guarantee you'll be able to take full advantage of all allocated resources. But don't take our word for it - try us out for a month - put us to the test - fill your account up and max out your bandwidth - if we're not all that we claim, we'll refund your money, no questions asked.
Q. How much are dedicated IP addresses?
A. Dedicated IP addresses are $1/mo. If you'd like to add one to your account, just
submit a ticket and we'll set it up.

Q. What happens if I want to switch providers, but I registered a domain through you or a domain was included with my hosting package?
A. We don't charge anything to transfer your domain from our registrar - after all, it's YOUR domain. If you purchase a package, and would like a refund, we will subtract the cost of the domain from the refund ($9.99), and you get to keep the domain name.
Q. What are your shared server specs?
A. While we don't have a standardized setup for all of our servers, the minimum specs are: Core i5 Quad Core Processors, 8GB RAM, 100MBIT Port, and RAID Configuration.
Q. Where are your shared servers located?
A. All of our shared servers are located in Scranton, PA, in the BurstNET data center. By managing our own servers, we can pass the savings on to you!
Q. Can I host adult content (pornography, mature content, etc.)?
A. We allow LEGAL adult content. If you are unsure if your content falls in this category, please see our
